This mornings' coffee has no sugar in it. It doesn't taste foul. We have finally achieved sugarless coffee! Going from four to nil in the space of a year (I think it was a year) is going on my list of achievements for the year. This makes me feel happy. Mind you, so does the combination of fresh mango, icecream and caramel-flavoured topping, and I hate mango. I'm not sure what that statement proves, but I have to also add that fresh mango and sorbet without the caramel-flavoured topping is not nearly as happy-making. Experimentation continues.
