I went to a friend's wedding in Sydney last year, and the lovely couple have put all the photos that people took with the disposable cameras that they (the couple) provided up on the web for us all to look at and download rather than (or at least in addition to) getting orders for extra prints. Note that these are just the amateur shots, not the ones taken by the professional photographer, but it must have been a lot of work scanning them if they didn't get them done by the developers.
JDR and Rachel, I really appreciate it. It makes it easier for people like me who live interstate and don't get to see the photos other people took any other way (not to mention the people who came from overseas!)
Besides, I like seeing photos of me where I look good. And it reminds me of just how much work went into the event.
