Applications for jobs

Just finished another review of an application for a job, and sent it off to Mum and Dad for their review (they having more experience in What Bosses Are Looking For). Am quite prepared to have them send it back with a million revisions, none of which I can use because it'll sound like someone else wrote it (someone pompous), and that'll show up should I get to the interview stage.

I hate these applications. They ask for examples of a recent team-working experience every time. And working as a team is not exactly encouraged in the classroom environment.
