The problem is not in being a slacker email-checker (which I am) it's that when I do check it, I'll recheck every 5-10 minutes to see if anyone else has sent me another one yet.
Heheh that's *why* I forced myself to stop! That bleary-eyed middle-of-the-night why-am-I-still-awake feeling that comes from thinking "If I just wait a few more minutes, something interesting might come in..."
