To all people who spend time packing things:
Stickytape is not a substitute for good packing. Copious amounts of tape wrapped around a heavily bubble-wrapped object do not help to hold it together better than a small amount used properly. It just makes it damned hard to unwrap, and ruins parts of the bubble wrap when I can't pull the stuff off without busting the bubbles.
Expensive large heavy-duty plastic bags are not a substitute for proper packing materials (like bubble wrap and foam) that are cheaper, work better, and are reusable.
