This batch wasn't as hot as the last batch, it's too early for that particular type of chillis, so all I could source (that I like using) were manzana. Which are lovely, sweet, Heat 6-8 chillis, and make a yellow paste with black flecks (these flecks being the seeds, a peculiarity of the variety).
