I must have been playing too much Kingdom Of Loathing. I dreamed, earlier this week, that I was wearing a Filthy Dread Sack and it was a perfect disguise.
The dream didn't include them. I may or may not have been wielding an icy-hot katana, vorpal blade, or vampire duck-on-a-string. I don't remember clearly, although I'm pretty sure it was a sword of some kind.
