Hm, I've not bothered with that, given that it apparently lacks Shu Qi, who I find ridiculously lovely and who was thus most of my reason for watching the first one. S'it any good, then?
My impression of the movie is: fun car chases, and amusing and cool fight scenes. The protagonist shows off his Uber-Leet Skillz a lot. It is impressive, and well shot. Also, the female nasty person is wearing shoes which I'm 70% sure are Pleasers. And she has big guns and wanders around in clothing that matches the Pleasers (ie, mostly underwear, makeup, and shoes) a lot.
There's also the scene wherein the Inspector guy from the first movie, being ZOMG French, takes over the Police Station kitchen in order to demonstrate why he said he was a chef instead of a policeman when asked. And thereby explains why the sandwich they got him during his interview doesn't count as food.
If these do not count among your favourite things, I would suggest watching it would be a complete loss. I enjoyed it quite a lot, but I'm not planning on buying it.
