Made a huge pot of curray last night. It filled our largest pot (that isn't a preserving pan). I expect it to last maybe three days. With the number of shifts Bastard is pulling due to ill health of other staff at his work, he isn't going to have time (or inclination) to cook, and I need to eat as soon as I get home from the podiatrist after work. It's the yummy curry mix I found in one of the Asian supermarkets near the Ventral Markets, an Indonesian medium yellow curry. Three dessertspoons of this stuff is perfect for my large pot (that's 3d for a kilo and a half of chicken, plus vegetable matter).
Tasty stuff.
Pity Bastard got home after 10:30pm. I'm not sure whether he actually ate yesterday or not, and he couldn't eat after training as he had to be in bed early in order to get up for this mornings' stupid o'clock shift. No visible bruising from training, though (yet, that I know of), which is a change.
