This has been an entirely too productive weekend.
Amongst other things, it involved getting Bastards' parents over to help me with the garden (got tired of waiting for mine to find the time), so I now have three of the five planned vegetable patch beds in place, and most of the garden weeded and/or poisoned. Subsequent to their leaving, mattocking of clay in said garden beds occurred, then mixing of clay with gypsum and 'Fine Compost', thus leaving much nicer soil inside beds and burst blisters on my hand. This morning, there was obsessive planting, watering, and mulching (layer the first) to be done before Mother arrived after church to take me to my parents' place and be ushered to the computer where I am inputting three years worth of data into MYOB so that she can put her tax returns in. While this was happening, she was playing computer games in the other room. Then Bastard arrived after work to take me home. After this journey we sat down and talked for an hour and a half, exercising our communications skills and letting me exorcise some of my angryness. It's a nice activity, and one I could grow used to participating in regularly :D
First visits to the podiatrist after having x-rays occurred this week. I'm not so bad that I can't be helped! *dance!* After two sessions of therapy, my knees and ankles already feel better, although I'm not sure my lower back and thighs will forgive me the mattocking.
