The latter. I found that if I put a message up like this, I can remember how frequently the drugs weren't helping, which my GP needs to know. If I don't, I tend to forget just how long they haven't been working, and just how bad it is, because after 16 years, I'm more used to feeling yucky in the mornings than being chipper.

I really really want more of the drugs she gave me a couple of weeks ago. As long as the drugs keep working, we can put off some of the yuckier tests, like colonoscopies...

All I need to do is assume that I'm only reporting those incidents which happen on days when I can get to a computer unmolested before so much time has passed that I put it in the 'unimportant' brain box.
