Damn this 'flu. I spent all today in and out of bed, finding that sitting in front of the computer was just too tiring. Or maybe it was just the incessant nose-blowing that made me sleepy, achy, and sore. And to think that on Thursday I was fine...

Add to the 'flu the fact that for some reason my internal clock has determined that 5:30am is a civilised time to start the day. And if I go back to sleep, then the next internal wake-up time is 8am. Whatever happened to sleeping in until 11am like I used to be able to?
