As far as I can tell, it's the result of some form of chinese whispers. How else would someone as small as I get a Large sized team jacket when I ordered several sizes smaller than the smallest one in stock?

The team jackets for the bridge Nationals arrived this weekend, nice embroidery, thick fabric, oops none of them fit anyone... The styles available at the fitting were not, any of them, the style we were going to get. So two peoples' (out of 24 players and 2 team managers) fit as was. One 6'4" person swapped with a 5'6" person, who then swapped for my large. Everyone else is getting adjustments done, as the sleeves are waaay too long and the sizing in the body is a size or two larger than anyone was expecting.

So someone has to turn an XXXXXL into an XXS for me - and I'm afraid I'm snickering at how much it'll cost the club because they didn't get it right in the first place.

And on less nice news, it is a sinus infection (bleh), which my GP advised me (when I went to see her due to the persistant green lumps being ejected from my nasal cavity and also coughing them up (and I'm really sorry to anyone who didn't need to hear that and is now going green themselves)) would probably clear up by itself in three or four weeks as it's not as serious as the last few times. However! Since I must be on my mettle when I go to Melbourne in three weeks time, we decided that the disadvantages of antibiotics were outweighed by those of time, and half the pack later I'm still not grateful that it's clearing up.

I want it to go away now. I want to not cough when people smoke near me (about half the time at work). I want to not cough in the cold. I want my extremities to warm up, and I just realised I should have gone to bed a couple of hours ago when I got home as I must be up in 6 hours time.
