At work. Drama-llamas. And now I have 'Drama-llama-llama-la!' going through my head to the tune of the Chicken Dance. It's so much nicer to be stressed by the music in my head.

So far this week, when mentioning that I was unreasonably irritable, so could a fellow employee just not talk to me because anything he said was inducing impulses to smash his head open on the desk, said fellow employee observed that he a) didn't believe me that this was true, since I wasn't nearly agitated enough, and b) thought I was quite placid as a person. Yesterday (or it could have been this morning, but I hadn't had my coffee yet, so my recollections of the incident are hazy) there was something said about my usual demeanour and interaction style being bouncy and happy.

This completely derailed my thought processes (what thought processes there were, without caffeine), as I see myself as a grumpy, angry, excitable McRantyPants.

Also: It's the way my head copes with things it doesn't want to, these days. It creates a soundtrack, and then amuses itself within the framework the soundtrack provides.

For another example, the me-pod chose a variant on 'Special Ones' by George, and created alternate lyrics which are bugging me because I don't actually like them, for any time my head dwells on my young friend in hospital.

Man, I'd've thought that was one of situations where he really wouldn't want you to prove him wrong/you right, if he had any sesne of self-preservation at all...

At least he didn't call you "cute."

The Technician is already in enough trouble for unprofessional conduct, breeding of drama-llamas, and the like.

*giggles uncontrollably*

I have to show this to my fellow sufferers of the drama-llama plague. Together with this!

Admittedly all he'd said at that point was basically a question as to whether certain items would leave the workshop that day. I was unreasonably irritable, and had noticed that I was reacting badly to everything. In such a situation I generally find it better to keep my head down and get work done with as little interaction as possible.
