Today we did the beginner class.

- Figure of 8 - start right hand hooked, step back, note male has done dramatic gesture backwards with free hand, step forward and be turned by what was free hand (male having turned himself under right arm), step to centre, end right hand hooked in male right.
- Aerial Yoyo - start right hand hooked in male right, step forward to side-by-side with arm outstretched across male chest and male elbow near ear, wait for male to turn self, then be pushed into turn
- Return with hand switch to go back into First Move
Then in Progressive, we concentrated on tension, proper arm position, and ow my pecs, shoulders, thighs, calves, and everything else are protesting. Bastard managed to make my knee crack with the pressure I had to put on it to resist being slammed against his chest. His shoulders are clicking horribly again.
I learnt a barrowload from it all, even if I now need to guzzle water as if I hadn't already had several litres.
