Yay. In Melbourne. Work trip. Hotel has free internet access in the Business Centre (open to hotel patrons only, you need a room key to get in), which also has photocopying, printing, holepunching, and binding facilities, and newspapers, but no stapler. My room also has a bathtub. Yay! Won't be trying to access internet porn while I'm here, though, there are cameras following my every move.
Did you need to know that? No. However, I'm tired and bored and twitchy due to the variety of antibiotics I've been prescribed, so you get to hear about it anyway. Nyeh.
Anyone who wants to see me while I'm here will have buckleys', unless you, too, are going to the Fine Foods Expo thingy. We (She-Boss and I) have dinners and brunches lined up for whenever we're not at the Expo for reasons of seeing colleagues and distributors who don't live where we live. Tomorrow night, for instance, we get to see two lovely gentlemen whom work has been doing business with for years and years and years. The younger one prefers steak to fish, but both like a good red (please note: I remember details like this better than their names).
