The dipped partner should always be in control, but I find aborting a dip that has just been turned into a drop difficult, as yet.

I will say that one of our younger teachers is bigger. Not quite in all dimensions (since you have a much greater seventh dimension presence), but that's him in the icon, doing a particular dip kneeling down, as it requires the lady to hold on with her thighs (or be wearing non-slippy shoes) and sit on or above his knee, and I have to jump to get that high if he's standing up :D

Edit: And I just realised how hard it is to actually see him behind me, given the photoshopping I did. But take it as given that I'm wearing Boots O' Doom and it's still a LOT easier to do that dip if he's kneeling
