Weird. We tended to do something similiar, but it all tended to be full aerial lifts above the head, usually supported by two hands, or occaisionally choreographed for one, but still with greater elevation. Then again we had a far greater balletic influence on our dance routines.

I can see it getting interesting on the dance floor, especially since ceroc is technically unchoreographed.
